We are committed to placing highly qualified PAs into clinics where they can thrive. Ensuring the right fit for both the PA and the hiring practice is our top priority.  

To work in New Zealand as a PA, the following requirements apply: 

  1. Current PA Registration/Certification from the USA or Canada
  2. A minimum of 5 years working PA experience 
  3. A recent 3 years experience in the field you will be working in NZ
     

These positions are for a minimum two-year commitment.

Initial Screening

We want to make sure you're the right person for the job

We start by reviewing your CV to confirm you meet the qualifications required to live and work in New Zealand. If everything looks good, we’ll schedule a video chat to get to know you better and answer any questions you might have about the process or the move.

If you’d like to move forward after our conversation, we’ll ask for two professional references, ideally recent supervising doctors. We’ll need their names, phone numbers, and email addresses so we can gain a deeper understanding of your experience and working style.

Interview

We’ll make sure you’re placed in a practice the fits perfectly

We begin by understanding your preferences – what you’re looking for in a clinic and where you’d like to live in New Zealand. From there, we explore suitable clinic opportunities and handle the coordination of CV reviews and interview scheduling. Once you find the right fit, we assist with contract review to ensure you’re securing the best possible offer. It’s our commitment to create the best clinical match possible for you and your family in New Zealand.

Transition

We’ll get you situated in New Zealand and assist with the move​ and onboarding

Through our services we can help coordinate immigration and visa assistance through our senior immigration consultants. We offer real support from PAs working here with a combined 18+ years in NZ including: 

  • One-on-one help, by phone or video 
  • Resources for moving to NZ
  • Induction documents on arrival  
  • Connection to the wider NZ PA community and NZ PA Society 
  • An In-person induction for you and the clinic to: 
  • Facilitate smooth integration of the PA profession 
  • Promote a successful long-term placement
